To register a bjlogin account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. Each individual is permitted to hold only one bjlogin account at any time. The one-account policy applies across all devices, browsers, IP addresses, and payment methods. All bjlogin accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. All bets, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are displayed and processed in PKR.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bjlogin reserves the right to levy a monthly administration fee on inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero. Logging back in to your account at any time reactivates it and stops the inactivity fee from applying.

bjlogin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are credited to your bjlogin balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited once the transfer is confirmed by bjlogin's payment processing team, which typically occurs within a few minutes to a few hours during standard banking hours.

Withdrawal requests submitted via the bjlogin cashier are reviewed by the payments team within one business day. Following review and approval, funds are released to your nominated payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.

bjlogin reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If this is not possible, bjlogin will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

All transactions on bjlogin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bjlogin does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile wallet or bank) may apply their own service charges. bjlogin is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

bjlogin offers various promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that include the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus funds.

Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion take precedence.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as certain table games or live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — this will be specified in the promotion terms.

bjlogin does not tolerate bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated funds.

bjlogin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith. bjlogin also reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on bjlogin are subject to acceptance by the platform. bjlogin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed but before an event commences. In the event a bet is declined after payment has been deducted, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — bjlogin reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. bjlogin is not liable for any losses arising from a player's reliance on erroneous odds or game outcomes caused by technical error.

Cricket betting markets on bjlogin, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches, are settled in accordance with the official results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant tournament authority). In cases of match abandonment, rain interruption, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, specific settlement rules apply as stated in the cricket betting rules section of your account.

All casino games on bjlogin — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and card games — operate according to the individual rules displayed within each game interface. bjlogin's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjlogin and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjlogin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any bjlogin content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bjlogin's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

bjlogin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required time frame; account inactivity; or any other reason deemed sufficient by bjlogin's compliance team.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bjlogin may retain any balance in the account as compensation for the breach, subject to the nature and severity of the violation. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player wrongdoing, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of bjlogin's services, you should first contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bjlogin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint relates to a specific bet settlement, game outcome, or payment transaction, please provide your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. bjlogin will review the matter, including any relevant logs and records, and communicate its findings in writing.

If you remain dissatisfied after bjlogin's internal resolution process has been exhausted, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body associated with bjlogin's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from the support team on request.

The outcome of any dispute relating to game results or bet settlement where all relevant data has been examined by bjlogin's technical team shall be considered final. bjlogin's records constitute the primary evidence in any dispute, unless demonstrably erroneous.

bjlogin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bjlogin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bjlogin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using bjlogin and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bjlogin's international gaming license. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of bjlogin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bjlogin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
